2 Initial consultation
This takes place at my consulting room in either West Norwood or London Bridge and lasts for 50 minutes. It is completely confidential. I will help you talk through some of the things that are troubling you and explore what you’re hoping to get from therapy, as well as answering any questions you may have. We will leave some time at the end of the session to think about what you want to happen next.
Should you wish to continue with some sessions, these take place weekly at the same time. Your therapy can be brief-focussed – lasting for a limited number of sessions – or ongoing, meaning you can continue in therapy until you feel ready to stop.
