I’ve been in practice as a therapist for more than a decade, I specialise in counselling and psychotherapy to support individuals experiencing relationship difficulties, anxiety and low self esteem.
The therapy I offer is called the person centred approach. This is a non-directive type of counselling and psychotherapy which means that I walk along beside you to help you find your own best answer to what you’re looking for. You don’t have to do anything special to prepare for the sessions – just bring yourself.
Your thoughts, feelings, hopes and fears are important to me. Nothing is expected of you and you will not be judged or diagnosed but you will be heard and I will pay attention to the way you see and feel about things. This can really benefit you if you are feeling stuck or are having difficulty trusting your own judgement.
Clients I have worked with have reported feeling calmer and more able to:

Registered and accredited with the BACP since 2012, I have been in practice for more than a decade. My experience has included working in education, the community and both corporate and private sectors. My core training is in person centred therapy and I have additional specialist training in existential therapy, trauma, PTSD and body-based therapies. I am a BUPA and Axa PPP provider.
